Edit team looks blank in dark mode

Describe the bug
The add/edit team dialog looks nearly blank in dark mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on Dark Mode
2. Go to DIRECTORY -> Teams
3. Click on 'EDIT TEAM' on any team card
4. See the blankness

Expected behavior
I can see what I'm doing.
