Checkins should not send a copy of an email to the sender of the email

Currently all email is sent to the sender of the email and recipients are BCC'ed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Email should be either sent directly to a single receiver or use no-reply@objectcomputing.com as To portion so that the sender of the email does not receive a copy of the email sent. The To part is a requirement of Mailjet.
