Reviewing reviews through an open review period can lead to Tab weirdness if the reviewer is not the reviewee supervisor

Describe the bug
If a self-review cannot be viewed, there will be only one tab (the review). However, the tab isn't exactly right. So, clicking on the tab causes the content to disappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to FEEDBACK
2. Click on Reviews
3. Create a review period with a single member (who does not have a supervisor).
4. Add a reviewer to that member.
5. Request approval
6. Approve all
7. Launch the review
8. Perform the review of the reviewee
9. Go back to the open review
10. Click on the reviewer chip for this member
11. On the review page, click on the "Your Review" tab.
12. The content will disappear.

Expected behavior
Clicking on the tab should not cause the content to disappear.
