The ability to mark a guild inactive is needed.

A guild should be able to be marked as inactive and filtered out of view, by default.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
We should be able to edit guilds and mark them as inactive.  By default, we should show active guilds.  Provide a switch to allow users to see inactive guilds.
