Currently the web-ui package manifest contains no
enginesproperty so Node versions accepted can vary. Currently our development build targets an older version of node. Locally most are using a Node LTS or later version of node. To improve consistency for those leveraging NVM/FNM for version management as defined in our docs, this change will help keep local dev on a Node LTS during development.
