Now Check-Ins admins can view a quarterly report of enhanced Check-ins activity and navigate between quarters. To test this functionality locally check-out the branch and navigate to: http://localhost:8080/checkins-reports. Note I did a bit of refactoring during the pull to modularize the
CheckinReportcomponent as it was getting unwieldy at 400 LOC.This pull implements the final AC remaining from #2212.
