☑️ Add Toggle/Setting for "External/Mounted" Drives (#23, #30, #31)

If a FinderSync such as WYS monitors external/mounted volumes (say, to provide a context menu option), macOS decides to replace the volume's icon with the FinderSync's. This seems to be "by design"

So, now, user can at least choose if they want to monitor external/mounted volumes (with the tradeoff being, macOS will replace the volume's icon with WYS's 🤷‍♂️).
