This PR adds a patch-level changeset for @objectstack/spec using the @changesets/cli tooling. Since the repository uses a fixed versioning group strategy (configured in .changeset/config.json), this single changeset will cause all 21 packages in the monorepo to bump from version 3.0.4 to 3.0.5 when the changeset is consumed.
