How can we achieve a sliding effect similar to Facebook or Gmail app header?

I want to create an **animation** which should slide the top **header** and second top header in a cascade manner towards top and fades and **hides** away while **scrolling** up. It should  come back again while scrolling down. I am having issue to get similar effect with animatable plugin. Is there any **super hero** to the rescue ? :)
