Changes in application:

• Added Card Art | Download All Art menu.
• Added Help | Report Missing card menu.
• Added Turn Over button to card art to display dual face cards and cards with Transform ability.

• MTG Studio now downloads the card art of dual face cards and cards with Transform ability.

Fixed bugs:

• Fixed some cards' abilities so they are visible in search.
