I'm hoping to integrate this such that when a PR is opened against the mcp-catalog repo, these tests will run for the specific mcp servers that are being updated. This PR needs a little more work - specifically i need it to call the catalog entry that is being added in github actions instead of the main entry for whatever thing we are testing.
