📚 Multi-Workspace Setup Documentation

This release adds clear documentation for using streamlinear with multiple Linear workspaces.

Multiple Workspaces

No code changes needed - just configure your MCP config correctly:

How it works:

• `envFrom` loads your secrets into the MCP process environment
• `env` with `${VARIABLE}` substitution maps them to `LINEAR_API_TOKEN`
• Each instance gets its own token value

Works with any MCP config system that supports variable substitution (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Sen, etc.).

• README: Added multi-workspace setup documentation
• Reverted: Removed magic `LINEAR*_API_TOKEN` auto-detection from v1.1.0
