• Log Message (window/logMessage) - redundant for in-process server, uses internal logging
• Show Document (window/showDocument) - redundant for in-process server, can open buffers directly
• Cancel Work Done Progress (window/workDoneProgress/cancel) - client-side concern
• Telemetry Event (telemetry/event) - not supported by Neovim
