Changes the case in the plugins search path on macOS
Motivation and Context
OBS would crash on a case sensitive file system
See #2686
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran the artifact generated from CI inside a case sensitive DMG.
I also ran other versions of OBS in the DMG to prove that it crashed.
