Added links to notebooks for Wednesday morning tutorial

@emiliom I was thinking we should have a frozen version of Joe's notebooks, since the examples will continue to evolve. What do you think?

Sure, that'd be nice. But someone would have to make the effort to figure out where they should go (say, a new OHW repo), copy them, see if there are data files that should be copied too, etc. Are you volunteering? 😜

In the meantime, adding these links may help participants this week.

@ngkavin, do you think you could create a repo named ohw19-tutorial-handle-big-data and pulled Joe's notebooks there? We do want to preserve the commit history, so this will be a good exercise! 😏 Please follow the procedure outlined here.

So ... how about merging this PR for now, until you two are ready to link to the stuff on the new repo? That way people can get to those presentations/notebooks easily. I just got a question about them, and I'll have to go back to my notes to find the links.
