check gh-page build status

I'm experimenting with GH Actions. This one does do much, it should only add the build page status on the CIs pass/fail message list.

PS: if I have the rights I'll self-merge this one so I can test it.

Thanks @ocefpaf ! FYI I've never used GH Actions, so I'll be very curious to learn from what you're doing.

Now that you admin rights, of course, please self merge as you see fit! And ping me/us when you feel a second person should review it.
