This GH action test the webpage build and saves the page artifact so we can download it here:
This is not ideal because we need to download the page artifact and inspect it locally but it is better than asking everybody to have a working |

@emiliom I'll merge this one and then push a few things to master and/or create some dummy PRs just to test it. Don't worry b/c I won't change the actual page or its config file.
