While adding the ppx examples, I noticed several bugs.
The biggest change is that surrounding whitespaces in a quotation are removed. However, it is not removed when there are other pcdata elements. The test cases show it quite well. I'm not sure how I feel about this behavior.
I also added whitespace filtering for head, ul and ol elements.
