Install PhantomJS.

Create the database and run the migrations:
$ mix ecto.create
$ mix ecto.migrate
$ mix scrape.maybank branch
$ mix scrape.maybank offsite
$ mix scrape.cimb
- Scrape Public Bank ATM locations
- Add routes
