Missing files for Snippet_2

I downloaded and unzipped the package. When trying to execute In[8] of Snippet_2,

ligand = toolkit.readfile('sdf', 'v2007/%s/%s_ligand.sdf' %(pdbid, pdbid)).next()

Python does not find this file: v2007/1w8l/1w8l_ligand.sdf

Is it missing or it should be somehow generated?

We do not redistribute the PDBbind, please download appropriate version from PDBbind website. It should work without problem after you extract it in the v2007 directory.
