cdk3-install.sh - add ability to distinguish between cdk and minishift product

* if cdk, then run setup-cdk, if it is minishift project, do not run setup-cdk.
* Consider removing erasing capability, it could be harmful if user sets flag -h as $HOME var. (could delete home user folder)
