For Code Review: Added chatter in estate_properties and tracked the changes occuring to selling_price, changed the sell button to also send a mail using mail templates to the buyer and the salesperson. For Team Task: Created estate_property_visit to schedule visits to a property, created a stat button to list all the visits in the property. Chapter 13
