While updating the removal strategies documentation, I noticed that the "Serial numbers" documentation was out-of-date. In this PR, I updated to use language consistent with 18.3 forward, and I updated screenshots to make sure this language was reflected in the screenshots.
This saas-18.3 PR can be FWP up to master.
