An internal user noticed an issue with our documentation that insinuated that Sales Orders could have landed costs added to them. This PR seeks to correct that error, update screenshots, and fix a couple of language issues pointed out in our style guide.
This 17.0 PR can be FWP up to saas-18.4. A screenshot will need to be updated in 18.0+, but I can grab that in the FWP.
