Hi @afma-odoo , thanks for taking my feedback on board!!
There's still a few things here we should probably discuss in person as I'm not 100% sure of the best approach or wording (e.g., related to making clear that link with the Knowledge app, or explaining in which Knowledge app category the report is stored, or clearly explaining where certain instructions start from). There are a few other smaller suggestions too, e.g., around wording, or that only PDF files can be attached.
So once you've had a first look through, let's sit together?
