Goal
This PR creates a dedicated configuration page to help first-time users set up the built-in SMS service with IAP. Information on this exists only vaguely in the
SMS Pricing and FAQpage without any structure or overview information.See the original task card: https://www.odoo.com/odoo/project.task/5185811
Additional Notes
This PR only aims to create a configuration page. Other existing pages are referenced or linked. Future PRs may be opened to further improve the overall structure (e.g., creating a configuration TOC, merging FAQ info into this new doc, etc.) if needed.
