Hi @theRealThagomizer ! This largely looks good to me.
Most of my comments concern period usage in lists or capitalization quibbles.
It should be fairly easy for you to fix the issues I've found, so I'll go ahead and approve this. Great job!

However, since this PR's line changed didn't exceed 50% of the length of the doc, I had to adjust the pt value from 3 -> 2

This PR updates the documentation for the 19.3 release, refreshing the images and language throughout, and adding documentation about the new "View" feature on the Contacts dashboard.
