Adds CipherLab UHF RFID device support alongside updated hardware options and reorganized configuration steps.

Change summary

  • Expanded the Hardware section to list three supported devices: CipherLab UHF RFID RS36/RS38 Series, Zebra TC53e-RFID Series, and Zebra RFD90XX/RFD40XX Series
  • Added a new CipherLab configuration subsection covering firmware update requirements, APK installation, notification permissions, accessibility settings, and End Character configuration
  • Reorganized existing Zebra setup steps into a dedicated Zebra subsection for clarity
  • Added a note that the CipherLab scanner works with the Barcode PWA or web browser (Odoo Android app not required)
  • Minor prose cleanup throughout (passive voice, |APK| substitution, redundant phrases)
