Hi Tori!
This information should be integrated (i.e. be on the same page) to your second PR on generating leads from the website form.
I would work on PR 986 as it is longer. Once you have merged the information from PR 985, you can close PR 985. I will proceed with the full review of PR 986 once that's done :)
If you were planning on talking more about generating leads in another PR, consider including the content on the same page as well (if it makes sense of course).
Also, you could use the opportunity to take into account the comments I made for the leads scoring PR!
