POS taxes not updated when a global discount is applied

Impacted versions:
entreprise v13
Steps to reproduce:
open the POS and add few product to your baskets
then apply a global discount to this ticket

Current behavior:
you will see that total taxes is not updated

Expected behavior:
taxes should be updated

Hello @christopheleray, thank you for reporting the issue. The problem here is that the global discount as it is now has an own product with a fixed tax on it. This indeed is wrong behaviour. If all your products have the same tax amount you can add this tax to the discount product and the problem should be found.

We are working on a fix for this problem so the discount will also work correctly with mixed taxes. #35860

@qle-odoo @aprieels @pimodoo @nim-odoo @antonylesuisse Apparently I was fixing this right before I stopped at Odoo, it seems no one followed up anymore on it and the bug is still there?

I checked and there actually are a bunch of pull requests and issues I was working on that have not been touched anymore.

I just made test in v15 and it is still not working.
I don't understand how such an important bug is not fixed yet.
Hopefully it will be taken care of soon

I found this issue also in Odoo 15, But it happens only when you didn't set taxes on the discount product,
