Open the option to translate the webui with po files

I don't know exactly how to generate them, but I'd like to see Odysseus webui have an option to change language. Can we do that?

I really need that too. I am thinking of using odysseus for my business in the future. We are working on providing german associations with an AI social media assistant and odysseus basically does what our tool is building towards. But our target group mostly doesnt speak english.
