How to make the agent stop asking for permission to do each action?

Is anyone else running into the issue where you can't set up tasks because the agent stops to ask permission to continue after each small step? I've tried several different models, and they all seem to do the same thing at different points randomly. Sometimes they won't, but the majority of the time, they stop, explain what they're going to do, and wait for input to confirm. I've even tried explicitly telling them to never ask for permission or to continue until the job is complete, but they just acknowledge that they won't then do..

But does anyone have any suggestions in the meantime?
