Downloaded a model from HuggingFace, it says "stalled" in the Launch tab.

I took interest in messing around with this project after finding an LLM that I was interested on messing around with (dianab1729/Ada-1-GGUF). Downloading seemed to work fine, however, it shows up as "stalled" in the Launch tab, and I cannot find it in the download folder within cache, since I don't even see said folder. Can someone clear up my confusion? Thanks in advance.
