Summary

  • replace the oc-rsync help banner phrasing so the daemon description references the branded oc binaries
  • extend the CLI tests to guard the new wording

Replaces the prior 281-line audit with a focused profile plan covering
the SPSC primitive location, the open question about queue depth, an
instrumentation strategy with atomic counters and timestamps, three
workload variants (fast-net/slow-disk, slow-net/fast-disk, bursty),
findings to track including capacity-sizing recommendations, and a
cross-reference to the metrics scaffolding from #1369.
