[question] Herdr inside tmux with ctrl+b prefix conflict

When I run Herdr inside tmux, tmux consumes ctrl+b, so Herdr does not receive its default prefix bindings.

Is the recommended setup to send ctrl+b ctrl+b <key>, change Herdr's prefix, or use direct bindings like ctrl+alt?

The recommended setup is not to use herdr inside tmux. Herdr substitutes tmux.
