Preview release.

Code signing policy

Windows code signing will be provided free by SignPath.io, with the
certificate provided by the SignPath Foundation. The application to the
SignPath Foundation is currently pending, so this release is unsigned.

Verify your download

A damaged download is rejected on its own: the Windows installer checks itself
before it runs and asks for a new copy, and macOS will not open a damaged disk
image. To check a file by hand, compare its SHA-256 with its line in SHA256SUMS:

Windows (PowerShell): Get-FileHash CARE-Desktop-0.1.0-windows-amd64-setup.exe
macOS (Terminal):     shasum -a 256 CARE-Desktop-0.1.0-macos.dmg

If they differ, delete the file and download it again.
