Adds django-newsletter to the app, closing #42. The newsletter instance itself must be created after migrations have been run--there are no fixtures to pre-populate that content.
If a newsletter has been created, a "subscribe" box is added to the index/home page of the site. This process could be made cleaner, perhaps at a later date.
