Add icons to functional buttons

Summary

First time users might not understand what some buttons do if they were to just be icons. Our current buttons only have text. Adding both icons and text might be very useful to quickly identify what a button does, though this should be reserved for important buttons. Other buttons, like redirects, should probably stay as text only.
