Feat/simpler dispatch

Warning: it's a breaking change!

New API for event dispatching.

✖️ old one:

const dispatch = useEvent()
dispatch('onBobPress', 'hello')

✅ new one:

const { onBobPress } = useEvent()
onBobPress('hello')
