Fixes drag & drop into containers in TYPO3 v14 caused by the new Core
DataHandlerContentElementRestrictionHook checking page-level colPos
restrictions without being container-aware. b13/container v4 introduces
a container-aware DataHandlerHook that short-circuits this check.
