[Feature Request]: Add horizontal margin to customizable shortcut

Describe your suggested feature

I use zooming very often so I am using its shortcut. I want to replace zooming with scaling horizontal margin since zooming has small gaps in webtoon mode. #414.

But the horizontal margin doesn't have a shortcut. Could you add it to the shortcuts in settings (maybe under page layout)?

I am not sure if rewriting zooming functions or adding shortcuts to adjust horizontal margin is easier. If rewriting zooming function is easier, then you can let me know I will close this.

Shortcuts for scaling horizontal margin:

1. Scaling up
2. Scaling Down
3. Reset to webtoon width (instead of reset to current default horizontal margin 16px, reset to original webtoon width to read webtoon normally)

I have added shortcuts to increase and decrease the horizontal margin 0bae05f. To reset to webtoon width, you can use the shortcut for Do not enlarge more than its original size. If the size is smaller than the original, you'll need to increase the margin until it reaches the limit

You can assign these new shortcuts to the mouse wheel as well, since in OpenComic v1.5.0, this is now customizable.

Hi, I have tried this given build, The shortcut to increase and decrease horizontal margin worked well. But the shortcut for "Do not enlarge more than its original size" doesn't work in this build, but it worked in the previous one.

I submitted this fix 04fac97. Recently, I made it so that Do not enlarge more than its original size can be disabled when Webtoon mode is enabled, but I forgot to apply it to the shortcuts.
