Add Emacs-style navigation bindings to the Quattro menu

This request is to add support for user configurable emacs/vim style Quickshell menu navigation. Especially useful for people with decades in emacs and vim having navigation muscle memory. E.g.,

• This applies specifically to the new Quattro Quickshell menu.
• C-n → next item
• C-p → previous item
• Optionally C-f → activate, C-b → parent, C-v/M-v → paging, and C-g → cancel/close menu.
• Preserve existing arrow-key navigation.
• Prefer configurable aliases in user settings over hard-coded bindings.
• Earlier issue #1658 issue requesting similar functionality in previous releases (the same C-n/C-p behavior for the pre-Quattro menu).

Current workaround involve potentially cloning menu via omarchy plugin clone omarchy.menu and managing custom menu implementation. However, this results in user-maintained version that will not automatically get future updates pushed by omarchy.
