Make minimum display brightness turn the screen off

Omarchy’s brightness controls currently clamp minimum brightness at 1%. Could the minimum brightness action blank the display completely, similar to macOS?

Desired behavior:

• Brightness-down reaches the lowest normal level, then turns the display off.
• Brightness-up turns it back on and restores the previous brightness.
• The existing explicit minimum shortcut could also turn the display off immediately.
• The behavior should work with internal displays and remain safe for external monitors.

I implemented this locally using Omarchy’s existing display off/on commands and confirmed it works well on my system.
