Support overlaying Omarchy on SteamOS

[nnutter]

I love Omarchy and would love to be able to use it when using Desktop Mode on my Steam Deck (or the upcoming Steam Machine). This might also be a great way to reach younger audiences to get them interested in Linux, developing, etc. If I were DHH I'd even be contacting Valve to consider a formal partnership. Valve doesn't want to "waste" resources building a great Desktop Mode so why not join forces with Omarchy. SteamOS is also based on Arch Linux.
