feature request: option to select podman installation instead of docker

I found podman was better with my workflow, and I found it was a problem with Docker often. I had issues where it would stop or crash, and I would not know. I would like to know if we can get an option to select Podman as an option or any other option, or containers instead, so that we can choose which container tool we want to install.

for now I uninstall docker and install my podman dependencies. love what the team is creating

I think this became extra relevant now with the Docker root escalation security issue.
