Add Clear Clipboard Binding by Default

I think that it would be useful to have a keybind to clear the clipboard history using a keybind.

I have currently set up the following in my bindings.conf file:

bindd = SUPER CTRL ALT, C, Clear Clipboard History, exec, elephant activate "clipboard;;remove_all;;" && notify-send "Clipboard Cleared"

I have found it quite useful, and I am sure that others may find it useful.
