Fingerprint reader login does not work

Hi, I successfully added my fingerprint, but while verifying (or logging in) I always receive a "verify-no-match" error (finger not recognized).
I already tried to remove it and enroll it again.

Can someone help me ?

I'm on an Asus Zenbook 14 OLED by the way.

Does the fingerprint reader function at all when running sudo commands?

See if there are any logs with more information from the fprintd service. Run journalctl -xb -u fprintd.service -p7

There's also:

• fprintd-verify to test
• fprintd-list to show what's enrolled
