Host more omarchy pacman mirrors

[urev]

Currently, the mirror.omarchy.org and stable-mirror.omarchy.org are hosted in U.S. Can someone mirror them in Asia? I always encounter errors like

error: failed retrieving file 'chromium-146.0.7680.177-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' from mirror.omarchy.org : Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 10 seconds
error: failed retrieving file 'signal-desktop-8.5.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' from mirror.omarchy.org : Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 10 seconds

error: failed to commit transaction (failed to retrieve some files)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

when I upgrade the system. The network speed is slow when downloading packages from a mirror hosted in American.

Solution:

1. Use a proxy. Ensure that sudo can use HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environments.
2. Config /etc/pacman.conf, use ParallelDowloads = 2 instead of ParallelDownloads = 5. More parallel download threads can make the server side limit the download speed.
