macOS-style Super+Tab app switcher (external plugin)

A native Quickshell overlay that behaves like macOS Command+Tab: Super+Tab shows open apps as icons along the top of the screen. Tab cycles while Super is held, Shift+Tab goes back, Enter / click / releasing Super focuses that app — including if it is on another workspace or another monitor.

It is published as an external plugin rather than a first-party PR. Same path as the workspace overview: try it for a while before deciding whether it belongs in Omarchy itself.

Default Super+Tab is still next workspace. The plugin does not change that unless you unbind and rebind it:

• One icon per app class (several Chrome windows stay one slot)
• Alt+Tab still cycles windows
• Super+Ctrl+Tab still jumps to the former workspace
• Overlay takes exclusive keyboard, then focuses with hl.dsp.focus on monitor → workspace → window address so the grab does not block the switch

Happy to fold it into first-party later if it feels like a fit. That would be a default-binding change (Super+Tab away from next workspace), so it seemed right to ship it opt-in first.
