Prompting user to make them choose what they want preinstalled at downloading the OS from ISO

I understand that the system is specifically set up for DHH by default, but I think it would be nice if we could easily pick what we would like to install while downloading the OS. So for example: I would be able to pick NOT to install any of the google stuff, and only the stuff I want. I think it's easy to implement, just a few select boxes, which won't be that much of a problem for DHH himself but also would make it much easier for other people. Because rn it feels like a bloat.
